Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy becomes applicable to the reservation type
described below. Please feel free to contact us
with any questions.
All non-corporate, non-wedding
Reservations must be cancelled with 7
days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date to assume no
financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled
the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled
charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be billed for full
charter amount.
Wedding Cancellations
Require 14 days advance notice prior to your
scheduled date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a
reservation is cancelled less than 14 days of the scheduled date the
client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled
charter. Any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date will be
billed for full charter amount. All weddings will require four hour
minimum package and are subject to a $100.00 non refundable deposit.
Corporate Contract
Cancellations require 24 hour advance notice prior to
your scheduled date to assume no financial liability. After this period,
if a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time
but MORE THAN 8 hours the client is responsible for a $25.00
cancellation charge. Any cancellations within less than 8 hours before
the scheduled time will be billed for full charter amount.
