Our Guarantee
Being a transportation company we understand that you depend on us to be on time, every time. We take
punctuality very seriously at RISS thus we have the following written guarantee's...they are in writing - we will follow them.
Airport Transfers
We at RISS Limousine & Town Car Guarantee you as our valued client that we will arrive at your pick up location at the time that you request or your trip to the airport is on us. This means that if our driver is 5 minutes late, regardless of where you are coming from, your trip to the airport is on us. If you miss your flight because of the direct actions of RISS Limousine & Town Car (example: chauffeur arrives 30 minutes late or more) then we will pay for any extra charges that you incur to book the next flight to your destination. However, this means that we are unable to Guarantee your flight when we arrive at the pick up location by the time requested by you. Everyone is different in today's day and age. Some clients like to be at the airport 2-3 hours early while others don't like to spend much time in the airport thus they do not want to arrive so early. Our recommendation is that you always arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your departure time yet we will pick you up at whatever time is requested by you; because we work for you.
Hourly Service
When you have a night out on the town planned we know that waiting for a limousine to arrive is not on your 'to do list' and it's never something you want to do. We take punctuality seriously at RISS. We will be at your pick up location on time, and if not you will be refunded $10.00 for every minute that your chauffeur arrives after your scheduled pick up time.
